Scholar profile improvements¶

• You can upload a picture to your profile
• There are several new fields you can add to your profile:
  • Homepage URL
  • Blog URL
  • Twitter name
  • Job title, job details

Reset password improvements¶

• If you forgot your password now you can reset it yourself.
• You can configure a security question-answer pair to make the reset password function more secure

Database search¶

• Hopefully it is easier to use.

Tweets on front page¶

• If you send a tweet with #monbusho in the message, it will appear on the front page.

Social networking buttons¶

• Added Facebook's 'Like' button, Google +1 button, but on the publicly visible pages.

New content¶

• Added new page with general but actually very useful scholarship info for people who find our site by accident.
• Added new page with disaster info and tips.
• Added a Polls page in the Members section, for various opinion polls, especially for new features on the site.

Photos¶

• Improved the photo gallery. Still not great, though.
